Roasted Potatoes
Description
Who doesn’t LOVE roasted potatoes?! And, fresh off the grill – YES, Please! Check out the option for turning these into Rosemary Roasted Potatoes, below.
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425-degrees and line two baking pans with parchment paper
- Toss potatoes with enough avocado oil to coat and salt to taste.
- Place potatoes cut-side down and bake approximately 25 minutes,switching pans half-way through, until the are golden brown on the bottom
Notes
If you have an abundance of rosemary (or just love the flavor), mince up 1-1.5 TB of fresh rosemary and toss with potatoes and oil before grilling (or oven roasting). Yum-tastic!
