Ingredients

- ¾ lb fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
- 1 Cup honey
- 6 Cups water, divided
- 1 ½ Cups fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Puree strawberries with 1 cup of water. Set aside.
- Put honey with 1 cup of water in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Stir often until honey has dissolved in water
- Add strawberry mixture, honey mixture, and remaining 4 cups of water and lemon juice into a tall pitcher and stir
- Taste for desired level of sweetness/tartness and add more lemon juice, honey, or water accordingly. Chill until cold and serve
