Fresh Cranberry Relish

It’s getting to be the time of year when we remember cranberries are the THING! A lot of us are used to cranberry sauce or cranberry jelly from the can but have you ever tried cranberry relish? It uses fresh cranberries and oranges to give a zesty, light flair to any feast but especially the one coming up with all the heavy sides…so, why not try a clean-eating, antioxidant-rich relish with your Thanksgiving turkey this year?  Feel free to double for a crowd. Fresh Cranberry Relish

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 12-oz bag Cranberries (fresh or frozen, thawed)
  • 1 Orange , with rind
  • 1 Tangerine
  • 1/2 Cup Honey (or more, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Process first three ingredients in a food processor until finely diced
  2. Mix in honey to taste
