Meet your new, yummy, healthy treat! I usually double this recipe because these go FAST!
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Cashew or Almond Butter
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 1/4 cup Gluten-Free Oats
- 1/4 cup Hemp Hearts
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1/4 cup Flaxseed Meal
- 1/4 cup Cacao Nibs (Could substitute with mini vegan, refined sugar-free chocolate chips or unsweetened dried fruit)
Instructions
- Stir together nut butter, honey, cinnamon and salt.
- Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix until well-combined.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes to make it easier to form balls (you can skip this step but be forewarned the mixture will be sticky!)
- Form into 1 to 1 ½-inch balls and keep refrigerated until ready to eat.
