Who doesn’t love Chex Mix?? Now you can have yours guilt-free 🙂
Ingredients
Scale
- 6 TB Avocado oil, Grass-Fed Butter, or Ghee
- 2 TB Vegan Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tsp Seasoning Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder (see note 1)
- 9 Cups Chex cereal (i use a combo of Corn and Rice, which are gluten-free)
- 1 Cup Nuts of choice
- 1 Cup Gluten-Free Pretzels
- 1 Cup Gluten-Free Bagel Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250-degrees and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper
- Combine butter/oil/ghee, Worcestershire sauce, salt and garlic powder in a large bowl
- Add cereal, nuts, pretzels and bagel chips to the wet mixture and stir until well-coated
- Pour mixture onto pan and bake at four 15-minute intervals, stirring between each.
- Let cool completely before storing (I keep mine in the fridge if the house is warm)
- Enjoy!

Note 1: Feel free to add a ½ tsp of onion powder, if more of a “kick” is desired
