- 1 cup Coconut Butter/Manna
- 1/4 cup Cashew Butter
- 2 tbsp Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener
- 1/2 cup Mini Vegan, Refined Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Mix coconut butter/manna, cashew butter and sweetener in a bowl. If manna is hard, microwave a little bit (30-second increments) until it is the consistency of nut butter.
- Add chocolate chips and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow it to harden enough to form balls. (If it’s cold in your house, this step might not be necessary).
- Form into 1 to 1 1/2-inch balls and keep refrigerated. Enjoy whenever you need a little something to keep you going!
