Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Fat Bombs

I don’t know about you but I sometimes need a little snack in the afternoon to make it through ‘til dinnertime.  These fat bombs are JUST the thing! Not too sweet but with enough fat to keep you satiated those last few hours, they feel like a decadent treat without the guilt!  You are SOOOO going to be making these every weekend from now on!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Fat Bombs

Instructions

  1. Mix coconut butter/manna, cashew butter and sweetener in a bowl. If manna is hard, microwave a little bit (30-second increments) until it is the consistency of nut butter.
  2. Add chocolate chips and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow it to harden enough to form balls. (If it’s cold in your house, this step might not be necessary).
  3. Form into 1 to 1 1/2-inch balls and keep refrigerated. Enjoy whenever you need a little something to keep you going!
